        1st place skipper and crew only in each class (total of 8)

        Class 1 – Hunter’s Child II, Steve Pentingill & Herb McCormick

        Class 2 – Ariana , John Drozdal & Darren Wolter

        Class 3 – Wazimo,  Barrett Holby & George Varga

        Class 4 – Panacea – Peter McCrea & John McCrea

        Class 5 – Margret Anna – Tim Troy & Neal Peterson

 

RI GOVERNORS TROPHY

        Awarded for best combined corrected finish in fleet, by a RI resident

        Wazimo – Barrett Holby 179:26

 

CITY OF NEWPORT TROPHY

        Awarded for the best combined corrected finish in fleet

        Margaret Anna – Tim Troy

 

NYC COMMODORE’S TRAY

        For best DH leg elapsed time finish in fleet

        Margret Anna – Tim Tro y& Neal Peterson – This was a race that favored the faster boats!

 

GOAT ISLAND YACHT CLUB COMMODORE’S CUP

        For best SH leg corrected time finish, by a first-time entrant

        Indigo – Michael Hennesey

 

BEST DH LEG CORRECTED TIME FINISHES IN EACH CLASS

        1st, 2nd and 3rd places t skipper and crew in each class

        1st – Hunter’s Child – Steve Petingill & Herb McCormick– Need to review is handicap!

        2nd – Spirit – Dimitri Antoniadis & Don Nelsen

        3rd – Flying Turtle – Murray Danforth & Merebea Danforth

        Class 2

        1st – Ariana – John Drozdal & Darren Wolter (definitally a case where the big boat paid off – how do you want the steak?)

        2nd – Palangi – David Sherman & Peter Maloney (this guy needs some way to call home or the Duty Desk!)

        3rd Coltrane – Michael DeLorenzo & Jesse DeLorenzo (1st timer, rudder problems on last leg)

        Class 3

        1st – Wazimo – Barrett Holby & George Varga

        2nd – Wildeyes – Mike Millard and Brian Millard  (ran aground going into Bermuda at end of Single-handed leg, but I am in the middle of the channel!)

        3rd – Por Favor – Mark Morwood & Nick Brachet (first timer!)

        Class 4

        1st – Panecea – Peter McCrea & John McCrea

        2nd – Windswept – Rick McCally & Eric McKnight

        3rd – Fun – Chris Adams & Michael Landry

        Class 5

        1st – Margret Anna – Tim Troy & Neal Peterson

 

CHESTER & LILLIAN MUNROE CUP

        Best DH leg corrected time finish in fleet

        Margret Anna – Tim Troy (just the opposite of the way down to Bermuda where the Class 4 winner earned correct time honors!)

        Best DH leg corrected time finish, by a first-time entrant

        Best DH leg corrected time finish, by a crew consisting of family members
